TALE FROM THE SCALE DAY!

Reminder today is your "TALE FROM THE SCALE" day. How do you each feel you are doing? I tried hard to stay mostly on track this weekend and balance out my food choices and get alot of exercise. I will know my TALE tonight at WW. I see from the poll that 71% of those that voted aren't motivated-What will help us????? Did anyone try a new food or activity for your challenge this week?

  1. I did not exercise as much this last week, but I did focus more on what I was eating. I have cut way back on my portions. When I weighed, I remained the same. I did not lose or gain this week. Its time to get busy and exercise this week.

    My grandma asked me the other night if I was losing weight cause she could see it in my face. That was motivation..if someone else is seeing results then I am excited!!

  2. I'm down .8 of a pound as of this morning. I totally hurt by back on Friday dragging my 17 lb kiddo in his carseat out of the center seat of our SUV. Ugh, that was miserable, so no gym for me for a bit. I did walk though at park yesterday and that was at least something! I think the nice weather coming up may help motivate us! Right girls? Here is my activity log for this past week:

    Tuesday Jan 13 - 33 mins elliptical, 10 mins weights, 5 mins crunches
    Thursday Jan 15 - 30 mins Dance Dance Revolution on Wii with husband! (Maybe too much info, but we were down to our undies, that's how much we were sweating doing this silly game!!!)
    Friday Jan 16 - 35 mins elliptical
    Sunday Jan 18 - 30 min walk with stroller

  3. I didn't loose any weight yet but this week was due to not watching my portion intake or type of food consumed. Also, activity was limited due to the very cold weather.

  4. it is tough to lose during the cooler weather. Keep working girls! Remember any movement is better than no movement :) Even if it is "strip wii" whatever works sounds good to me. Also, maintaining is not a bad thing it means you arent gaining and you are controling your portions and activity. Keep on moving and keep on losin! I am sure I am going to be there with you on the no loss, I will know tonite

  8. I post each day that I exercise, I should probably do what you do and post all on monday-good idea. I will also start Strip Wii tomorrow :P

  9. Maybe if we all posted our exercise on Monday and tried to keep track, it would hold us accountable to take a few more steps everyday! =)

  10. I've been sick with Walking Pneumonia for the past week - so I've not been weighing in. I did weigh yesterday, and was 137 - down 3 lbs over all. Except this morning I was back up to 137.8, so I still have almost 3 lbs to go and just over 3 weeks to go. Can I do 1 lb per week - I hope!

    I got a wii for my birthday, but can't find a Wii fit anywhere around the dallas metroplex!!! It's very frustrating. I've been playing the wii sports though. I'm focusing more on portion control than excercising.

  11. I didn't exercise at all last week *boo* and God bless me, when I weighed in on the Wii fit yesterday it said I was @ 195. I've been pretty stressed out lately & food seems to make me feel better so I am EXTREMELY surprised that it didn't got up 5 lbs! I will do better this week!!
