  1. So, I'm down one more pound this week, totaling 8 pounds lost so far. I'm more than half way to my February 14th goal, so that feels good! I also didn't try too too hard to control my eating this week, but worked out everyday to make up for it. I do so good for breakfast and lunch, then somehow blow my dinner! I've gotta work on that. Here is my activity log since January 1:
    Jan 1-45 min elliptical
    Jan 2-45 min elliptical, 20 min walk with stroller
    Jan 3-50 mins elliptical, 20 min walk with stroller
    Jan 4-35 min elliptical
    Jan 5-25 min elliptical, 20 min weights
    Jan 6-40 min elliptical
    Jan 7-45 min elliptical
    Jan 8-30 min elliptical, 1 hour mall walking with stroller
    Jan 9-35 min elliptical, 15 min weights
    Jan 10-30 min elliptical
    Jan 11-30 min elliptical, 10 min bike, 10 min weights

  3. Oh great, today is the first day I didn't go to the gym! But my husband promised to do crunches and Dance Dance Revolution tonight with me on the Wii, so that'll at least make up for missed gym day! Anyday it's nice, let's try and walk if you want! Anything helps!!! =)

  5. gained .8 not what I wanted to see, but considering all the eating out and eating late this weekend in Arkansas I cant really complain. Starting my new THE FIRM cardio kick my butt workout with hubby tonite!

  6. I weighed and I have lost ONE pound! I guess it is a slow start. I have cut back on my portions and I have been doing some kind of activity every day. It was depressing to only see the one pound loss, but it has made me more determined to get busy!

  7. I lost 1 pound, but considering how I ate this weekend I'm satisfied. Weekends are hard!

  8. I gained .4 over the weekend, but as Cheryl said we didn't exactly watch what we ate over the weekend. I made up my mind yesterday that I am going to get real serious about getting my weight off. I'm going to go walking today with two ladies from Sunday School. Hopefully, I'll be about to walk with them a couple of days a week.

  9. Well..my husband and I went mall walking again today. We walked for an hour and a half! My legs are so sore. Its really bad that I am so out of shape. I have a long way to go to lose my goal before Feb. 14th! Time to get busy!!

  11. Still no weight loss but I guess that is better than gaining.

    Dh and I will be starting a new excercise program soon. His dad had bought the P90X and all that went with it and some things are missing so waiting on those parts to arrive. I can't wait to get busy because it doesn't look like we will be getting outside at all this week to walk or play.

  12. I haven't had a chance to work out since Sunday and I believe I had lost .4 lbs. I am sure when I get on the wii fit tonight it will tell me how bad I've been. So I'm probably back to where I was Sunday. I have another full night tonight, but I will try my hardest to get some exercise in. I keep forgetting to check the page!! I will make a reminder for myself so I will check & keep up my motivation! Thank you to everyone who is supporting the group, I know it gives me the boost I need!
